I had a wonderful stay at ananya palm beach. The resort offers a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility, with well-maintained rooms and breathtaking ocean views. The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experience in my life.

The team was very awful. When i reached the hotel at 1130hrs and called, he said to wait for 30mins as he didn't check the booking confirmation. He blamed that i should have called him before reaching. He even threatened that i must complaint mm t for delay and denied checking in the hotel
