The room was clean and well-maintained. Bathroom was neat, with towel, soap, and drinking water provided. Staff were polite and helpful. Parking was okay. Food options are hard to find nearby.

The hotel is ok for just bachelors overnight stay. Not good for family stay. Most of the switches either don’t work or the bulbs are not put up. The staff were well behaved, though.

Service is average fan is slow, switch not proper work. Not getting hot wqter. . . . . Oooooooooooooooooooo

There was power cut twice and there was no backup Generator switched on at the right time. I lost my sleep

They maintained cleanliness and superb environment nature around the resorts

Toiletries were not provided, the description mentioned different and what was provided was different, breakfast was given less, only the room was big enough to accommodate people

Poor maintenance, poor hospitality poor respond

The price we paid was very economical. No wifi and no intercom facility due to some Road cutting and maintenance work on the service Road.

The room is spacious and staffs were friendly. There is no restaurant, had to depend on outside food. The ac unit needs to be maintained

Never book this hotel. They always goof up the bookings. This is the 2nd instance when they cancelled my booking even though confirmed by make my trip. Book this hotel at your own risk, as you never know whether you will be provided accommodation. I was on travel, with limited network and Mobile battery. After getting confirmation from make my trip, this hotel staff called me and said my booking is cancelled by the hotel. And they even didn't bother to cancel the request from their side; in fact forced me to cancel. While on travel, I had a hard time to again deal with cancellation, further book some other hotel and so on. So never book this hotel. Mysore has enough hotels that are better than this one.

Location is very good due to my work was near ring road. Clean and facility average, old rooms and bed also need to change for improvement. Bachelor we stayed for one day. Overall, rating is 3/5.

The room is pretty much average. But it's value for money for its cost. The room is spacious. The bed is alright. There's good light inside the room (we stayed in '-1' floor). The service is also good though there are certain things that are ought to be placed before the guests arrive (this wasn't the case and we had to ask them, like soap). Early check-in facility is available and that's the best part. The hotel is just off the Bangalore-Mysore highway. We didn't find any Wi-Fi.

I am visiting this hotel since 2012 from that time lots of change happen in this hotel. Less cleanliness, No service, smelly rooms are not well conditioned so suggest to owner please increase above things to own new customers

Rooms are quite large. This hotel is located on Bangalore - Mysore highway, on the outskirts of Mysore. Plenty of parking space. Children can play in the large area in and around the hotel. Plenty of road side dhabas around this hotel. Make sure to call this hotel before checking in. I had some problem during check-in for the booking that I had done over phone. But the front desk helped me in getting the room.
