Clean but not convenient - hotel
Pros: hotel is clean. Hotel's location is good, hotel is about 15 minute drive from hear ki pauri and 25 minutes driver from rishikesh(ram jhoola. There are many good dhabas/teastalls nearby - especially "vaishnavi fast food tea stall. Cons: hotel does not has geyser in bathroom, they have solar powered hot water supply which is not available 24*7 and water is not warm at all, it was a huge inconvenience for us- maybe hotel owners can install electric geysers which customers can use as per their own choice rather than being at mercy of hotel. Hotel has in-house restaurant but food prices are very high. Hotel does not has any heating, so room is very cold during winter- please have some provision for heating maybe reversible a/c is good choice to go with as well.

Good for family
This hotel is well suited for staying with family especially the family room with two separate beds, the staff is very polite and food is good.

No softy standard
Breakfast is very late after 9 am. And no hygiene

Average room, poor service, staff is not listening to your any complaints/requests. Location posted on google maps will take you to some other places in narrow lanes

Very poor service for food management
I was traveling with my family and all thre days they told me that we cant provide the food you have to go out side for food, even breakfast was included in my package but i was very disappointed to tell that i could get the breakfast also. Very bed service and irresponsible staf
