The location is best and prime .and the staff service is good and helpful. But what I faced the problem the whole booking it shows for the room with ac and after reaching to the destination there is separate and additional charges as well as the cleaning is not there. Please make sure the guest came the room should be ready not after the arrival. Check the app I faced the problem for the hot whether and lastly don't have ac but for sure u will not get good feedback if this issue unable to solve from your side.

i never come in this hotel in future....so many comunication gap between make my trip and hotel ....staff behaviour so rude....very worst experience in this hotel

I could not enjoy the stay at this hotel due to the uncleanliness. It was not a comfortable stay. Sorry i don't have one.

Staff was pretty nice but condition of room was horrible. No proper charging plug near bed. Insects were there on the floor shows bad cleaning of rooms. There is no complementary water is given. So considering price of hotel it was not so good idea to choose it.

Old broken washroom seat, non functional taps, mosquitos and unhygienic bed sheets and blankets. They changed extra 1000 rupes.

The condition of the hotel is pathetic. Don't ever think of choosing such kind of hotel. Smelly toilet and stinking rooms.

Veg food is no good also change the restro or otherwise add more only veg restro.

Room service was too rude and irresponsive. I asked for a glass they just didn't gave it after remainder. Receptionist didn't let visitor go in room for 15 minute. He was asking for id. Further the hotel relied on hard copy id no soft copy.
