Rooms with smoke smell and very dirty. Bathroom was unusable and no hot water. You will have a hard time to find and reach the property. Narrow street and lots of vehicles parked in that, so mostly cab won’t reach there. You will have to carry luggage and walk

The room was spacious and clean, the staff was courteous, helpful and swift in assisting us whenever they were called upon. The facilities provided we're clean and in good condition. The bathroom was clean and the accessibility of the hotel was also good.

Horrific experience. No power back up. Bathroom terrible. Tv not working. Breakfast pathetic. Arrogant staffs. During my stay in the hotel there were frequent power cuts since noon throughout the night. It was peak of summer. I am fortunate to survive the night somehow. Little help from customer care.
