Very bad , the room is not hygiene.. very bad smell .. we wanted to cancel the booking but they didn’t refund us .. no there no proper staff

worst house keeping good location

I mean it was 1000rs a night so who am I to complain. Prime location, so close to chapora lane, house of chapora, and right next to mango tree. Boutique, lush green property with comfortable beds. However the washroom smelled horrendous when we checked in, and that can make a night and day difference to your mood if you are checking in after a tiring beach day. Though it was fixed after we complained, though can’t help but wonder why it was so stinky to begin with. That was the only issue, and left a sour taste. Though like I said, who am I to complain at 1000rs a night? If you can pay a little more, you can try Henmil or Downtown. Otherwise more or less value for money property.

The stay is quite good and comfortable. the place is located at walkable distance from Vagator beach. there are eateries nearby. the staff is polite and helpful as well. Though the management need to do the pest control on little frequently.

Stay feedback is good but services need to be more flexible

The rooms are very nice. Food served at the restaurant is very good too. The bakery items are a must have. Location is ideal for families wanting a beach close by. Oxford Supermarket close by.

Nice hotel filled with greenery and has a calm atmosphere. Location is excellent - right next to Mango Tree Vagator and 2mins from the beach. Hotel staff is also very nice and helpful
