Room size was very small. Food quality was very good.

Property is amazing. Very huge will all amenities to spend good time away from the city chaos. Food Options were repeated for 2 days of the stay that we had there. They had good spread though.

It was cozy and comfortable stay. Room was spacious with king size bed and extra sofa cum bed so we need not to take extra bedding for elder kid. There were plenty of indoor and outdoor activities, all were working and maintained. Buffet food was available at 640/- per head. They have combos also for breakfast, lunch and dinner at charge of 1400/-. Overall it was a good experience, great hospitality provided by staff and room service.

The property is good but they didnt provide us with basic amenities and the food was buffet only not ala carte.

Cons: The check-in time is 3:00 pm if you book online. Food taste is very average. Pros: Lots of indoor and outdoor games/activities. The hotel upgraded our stay from normal to Delux room also they served us complimentary food when we complained about the food quality.

We visited Sorina Hillside resort for a weekend stay. I must say this property is just amazing. The location is really very good, on the way to this resort you can enjoy beautiful foggy mountains and greenery. The restaurant of this resort provides delicious food all the time whether it's lunch breakfast or dinner. They provide good facilities at resort like rain dance, indoor games, swimming pool, etc. Rooms are nicely located, you can enjoy side views from the room. Highly recommended resort near Pune.

Food was amazing, staff was very polite. Rooms are decent. Services are very good. Must have your own car as cab or auto are hard to find.

Cleaning was poor. Insects in the bath tub and washroom. Service was very average. Food quality seems okay and could be better

i booked a suit room however Ac wasn't working and they didn't give the fan as well. I didn't like the service however the room was spacious if it's with AC you will enjoy. please check ac while booking the room. also at the checkin time staff didn't mention about AC failure. in summer you can't live without ac or fan

Pathetic place, rating of 3 star is simply hyped, not at all worth for the cost taken, food is too too costly for simple food charged @Rs. 330 breakfast @Rs. 566 lunch and same for dinner and to my surprise hi-tea@ Rs. 270 for tea samosa and fritters. Water small 2 bottles they give complimentary then they say Rs. 20 for each bottle would be charged. Had to make several calls to provide normal drinking water in a jug. Dirty rooms with cockroaches in the bathroom, full of mosquitos. Noone comes for housekeeping, you need to call multiple times for room services. Awkward timings of pool and such a small dirty pool. More over dogs like doberman were caged, they were howling barking and that was the most horrendous sight. These people should be used sued for animal cruelty.

The place was very nice. The food the service, right from front desk to all was very nice. All the amenities were also well maintained

Property is good. However, needs maintenance. Room was spacious for 2, but surely smelly, could have better ventilation. However buffet food in breakfast,lunch and dinner was really tasty and had various options.

Pros: Good amenities, play area, badminton court, open gym, kids area Cons: Inspite of making special requests for birthday, they didn’t provide any complimentary service. Free breakfast included with booking was mot at all good. Though there were lot of options but nothing was tasty and justified.

I recently visited SORINA Hillside Resort, and it was an excellent experience! The location is breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful nature, making it a perfect getaway. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The variety on the menu was impressive, and everything we tried was top-notch. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with great hygiene standards. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job ensuring a comfortable and tidy stay. Overall, the hospitality was outstanding, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay with amazing food and great service!

We both had a pleasant stay at sorina hillside resort. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries. The room was clean and comfortable, meeting my expectations for a 3-star property. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Special mention to the evening planning on december 31st, 2024 - we are truly short of words to describe how overwhelmed and excited we were by the fantastic and thoughtful arrangements made by the resort management and staff. Every little detail was given such remarkable attention, making the celebration truly memorable. We are also deeply grateful for all the complimentary offerings that were part of the new year celebrations. Thank you for making the evening so special! that said, i believe there is some room for improvement in a couple of areas. Unfortunately, the television in our first room wasn’t working. However, the staff promptly assisted us, and we were relocated to a different room the next morning, as requested. While we appreciated the swift response, we noticed some sound issues with the television in the second room as well, which we chose not to report further and the dinner on december 31st was a delightful feast with so many options that it left us spoiled for choice. However, we felt that a few dishes, including some sabjis, could have been better in terms of taste. Overall, we are grateful for the wonderful hospitality and attention to detail, and we look forward to visiting again. Thank you!

Poor service. Ambience not upto the mark. Took forever to get warm water. Bathtub too small and broken.

Nice stay and service is very good overall hotel is best for couples and family I like pool in hotel
