Review Of Sonar Puri

We had a very nice experience at this hotel. The staff were very polite and helpful. The room and washroom were all newly bulit and spotlessly clean. This is the first time we found a hotel so well maintained in this location. Would definitely recommend for families who like cleanliness and like to stay clean. The restaurant within the hotel is also very good with food available at reasonable prices.

Sea beach and tample both are accessible by walk within 5/15 minits then lift, western toilet hot water, ac restrurent with normal and sea food, room services, people providing services over there are good, sover, and well behaved.... Interested devotees can offer bhog prasad to the deities in the temple by booking it from the hotel reception counter.

*actually what do you mean *deluxe room? at the time of booking 4 months ago my booked room was not the same when i was seeing it on 18th august. At that time i realised l was cheated by *makemy trip* company. Sonarpura deluxe room was totally worse. Sonarpura *standard room & deluxe room both are the same, but i had been paid extra payment for the deluxe room*

It was a pleasant stay at sonar puri hotel, i especially loved the food. It is tasty and similar to our home made food, the room was clean. And most importantly not the sea but to view the jagannath mandir from the room itself. Which i wanted. Jay jagannath.

My first check in time was good but after that when i enter the room balcony side sliding door lock is brake and then inform to the hotel management but long period of time they are not respond & also ignore this matter but after several time of follow up last they change the room & shift to next room which was good. His restaurant manager behaviour was bad in last moment of time when we pament the restaurant bill.

The hotel room was gud. We booked the costliest one, but the room service is not that great. They are more focused on selling rather than marketing. They are not 1% concerned about their goodwill

Stayed between 14th nova to 19th nova 2023. Booked two rooms, each room cost around rs. 2500. They allocated room 101 and 102. Our group had total 5 persons including 2 very senior citizens and one 3 yr old kid. Rooms were very dirty, unhygienic, dirty curtains, full of spider web, damaged walls, no maintenance and broken furniture. The receptions was very rude. He should be the point of contact for any issues but he will spend more time checking his phone. He is very strict to make you follow rules but very lazy to do his own task. Don't expect any help from him. He called us one day before our visit and confirmed our rooms but still they were not cleaned. We had to stay in another rooms for couple of hours so that they can clean. Now you can imagine how tired and frustrated we were. Even we requested to continue in the other rooms but he refused. We had to return to the allocated rooms after so called cleaning. Imagine, you can't unpack your luggage as you had to move to another room when you have small kid and two very senior citizens in your group. On 19th we had train at 1:50 pm and check-out time at 7:00 am. I told him regarding this on 18th. "all the rooms are booked. That's it. End of discussion. No help offered. Cons: 1. Very rude receptionist. 2. Not family friendly. 3. Unhygienic 4. Spider web 5. Damaged walls 6. Dirty 7. No maintenance 8. Broken furniture 9. Dirty curtains pros: 1. Excellent food, 2. Behaviors of housekeeping stuff. 3. Can stay if you are visiting with friends. But for family. Note: They are most probably paid promotions or they captured when this hotel was opened. Check the

Average hotel. In this time puri best hotel is very low ret. Taking huge money. You profit 6 thousand and above. Bad experience. You take much profit. Bad experience giving hotel sonar puri. Puri. You take rest of the amount

It was ok. The hotel was ok. Only a few shortcomings i mark in amenities. Reception was good. Room service needs extra care.

Nice location to stay with family

The hotel room was clean and the hotel staff was helpful. The location of the hotel is on small road which makes driving car a worry, but the same location goes as positive for beach distance and market distance which is around 1-3 min walk. There is no proper car parking, but the hotel arranges some parking spot outside the hotel or nearby. Overall a good experience.

No only room good no service no faclety

The hotel was misleading. There was no parking space. There at two hotels of same name. One is at beach side and other one (this one)400 m inside

I had booked this hotel for 2 days for my parents who are senior citizens and were taken good care of by the hotel people. Rooms were neat and clean, very near tot-he beach and market. Overall a very good hotel.
