Good Stay
It was a peaceful and clean atmosphere with all the amenities including induction and everything was well maintained and clean. The appartment was cozy and stay was comfortable.

The person advertising for it, should mention clearly that it is not a hotel, the stay was changed from one location to another, adding to the travel cost, mentioning that as an upgrade, which it was not. On the booking it says 12 pm check out, however the person handling the moraz properties, will ask u to check out at 10 sharp, despite sharing the screenshot of the booking, the caretaker was sent an hour early. The caretaker was a helpful guy, but the hassle of moving and spending 2. 8k in total was not worth the stay

A plethora of chaos
familyWe had a paid confirmed booking for 13th july 2024 at signature apartments. As a habit, before reaching the location, i decided to call up the property to inform them of our arrival. To my surprise, the apartment was closed for maintenance. Then came an array of calls from us to makemytrip. Com and after 2 hrs of conversations with multiple sales representatives, we were given an upgraded accommodation in a far superior property. Professional work by makemytrip. Com.
