Review Of Royal Nest Premium

We had a very comfortable stay, felt like home. The care taker was biju was vetting caring and served us yummy food. The room was very spacious and society was also good and safe. We would definitely consider this place my next stay here in pune.

The area is beautiful and quiet, the property is well maintained and is good for long stays as well, the caretaker is very polite and friendly l.

1. First the host tossed us to a different area and he was not even responding. When I questioned why my homestay location had been changed no response. 2. They have spread harpic and washroom cleaning chemicals which they forgot to clean and chemicals were all dried on the floor and on the toilet seat as well. 3. I booked my room with breakfast but when we asked the caretaker for breakfast he said nobody informed him about the food. seriously! 4. and I got to know that the homestay which i booked got full but i don't know how because I booked and paid for the same. (It should show full if there's no room left) but still this homestay has the audacity to take reservations even if they're full. 6. AC was freezing cold, we asked for the remote to which caretaker said remote is broken wow🙌 not working. 5. the host without even discussing or informing us changed our stay location and we had to face so many difficulties because that area was pretty far from my work place and my apartment which I was shifting. 6. The host didn't even bother to respond to our queries but was scolding the caretaker on call continuously great👍 i really felt bad for the caretaker because he was not aware that guests will come. they informed him only 1 hour prior to our arrival. 8. and please last request change the bedsheets, it looks colourless and faded smells weird. As if nobody has used that room for a long time. #Worstexperienceever but thanks to the MMT team for the help and kind gesture but I will never in my wildest dreams ever recommend this to anyone never.
