Terrible stay in Mousuni Island due to MMT's gross negligenc
The owner of the property, Mr. Debasish Patra did not get any information about my booking and he could not give me any accommodation for the day. Somehow I managed to stay in other resort and hence I demand full refund. I being a senior citizen got extreme harrasment due to the negligence in your end. Please make my refund urgently otherwise I shall be compelled to bring this issue before Consumer Forum. Thanks and regards, Shyamal Krishna Basu
