It was average experience as the booking was for 1 night but due to some road block We were unable to stay over there till night. We had to leave on that day only but the full charges they have taken along with the driver's room. They must give some discount as there was some road block so few advantages should be given to the guest. Food was good but expensive and the staff behaviour was good. The ambience of the resort was good.

Not recommended for a Family. Rest hotel is Decent with this rate
The hotel is satisfactory given the rate, featuring a good pool, badminton, and several indoor games available at the reception. The staff are reasonably good. However, the food is rather pricey, with charges such as 35 rs for water, 1000 rs for mutton curry, and 80 rs per piece for Rasogulla. There are frequent power outages, and the DG backup was not operational. In our case, we were fortunate to have govt power restored at night; otherwise, our precious weekend would have been a nightmare. This hotel is not recommended for families, as it permits consumption of alcohol and smoking in various areas, including inside the pool. In our experience, there was a group of couples in such a state that it made it uncomfortable for families to utilize the hotel facilities. Nevertheless, we managed to cope. Additionally, they sell alcohol poolside, raising concerns about compliance with alcohol policies and licensing. Therefore, if you are traveling with family, it may be best to avoid this hotel.

We would like to clarify a few important points: The price of our Mutton Curry is ₹500 per plate, not ₹1000 as mentioned in your review. Our hotel is equipped with two diesel generators, but due to an unexpected technical fault, there was a temporary disruption in power backup for approximately 2–3 hours. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused and are actively working to prevent such occurrences in the future. We do not buy or sell alcohol on our premises. However, guests are permitted to consume their own alcohol in private areas. We understand your concern regarding the behavior of a few guests near the pool area and assure you that we are reinforcing our monitoring and policies to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all, especially families. We’re glad to know that you appreciated the pool, badminton court, indoor games, and our team’s service. Your experience is important to us, and we are taking your feedback seriously to improve both our services and guest supervision.
Good Stay
Location - Located just 5 minutes walk from the riverside Food - Excellent Amenities - i. The swimming pool was a bit dirty with leaves falling everywhere in the pool. ii. The TV in the room was not working. iii. There was a nice spread of indoor games. iv. Rest everything was perfectly fine. Service:- The service was excellent. The staff members were very humble and courteous. The room service was excellent.

Excellent Stay
So we booked this resort when we made a sudden plan and we were not getting any other resorts for a weekend retreat. Checking the reviews of the hotel, we were a bit sceptical, especially the mention of paranormal activity :d. After our stay, we can say we are glad, we booked this hotel. We had a fantastic time, food was amazing. Fairly priced. Staff behaviour - 10/10 food - 10/10 cleanliness - 10/10 rooms aesthetics - 10/10 pool - 8/10 we would specially like to thank aniket, moloy, dwip and another bald person whose name i could not get for our amazing time. They fulfilled all our requests without any hesitation. The place is peaceful and full of good and helpful people. It is a 5 minute walk from river ghat. You can enjoy boating and the natural beauty of this place. Our stay was peaceful and amazing

Great experience
It was an excellent experience. The staff are really well behaved and polite. Food quality is also awesome. Very clean especially the swimming pool.The kids also enjoyed it a lot. Highly recommended.

Terrible Washroom
The bathroom was terrible and the bathtub too was dirty and filthy. The suite didn’t even seem a suite.

Excellent stay for a family group with kids
It was a pleasant and joyful stay for us as a group of families with kids. Our kids enjoyed the children playing area, swimming pool and the other open areas and lawn. Indoor and outdoor games were also enjoyed. The staff were very helpful and caring. They were equally professional. The food menu was limited but the food was too delicious. The dinner we had was completely home style. The rooms were clean enough. The site seen was also good

Good Stay
The resort is decent with small and medium rooms. Basic things are available. Moderately clean. The best part is the people, very helpful and always ready for help. The main areas are maintained. This is not a high end resort and the cost is also low. Food are quite cheap and average quality. We liked it overall and there are off course good scope of improvements- better toiletries, food options, bonfire etc to name few. There are early morning noise from brick factory and morning prayers so better sound proofing at windows can be extremely useful. The staff are really good and helpful. 3. 5 to 4 star for me.
