The stay was good, food was excellent but too costly considering there isn’t any restaurant nearby. The staff is friendly and cooperative

You have to reach the hotel by walk for 300 metres on rough path and only one food option is available (rice thali that too costly. Swimming pool was not operating. Hospitality was good. Staff were very co-operative.

Not ethical hotel asking for the cash payment or need to pay the 5 % additional charges for food bills and other bills related to our trip. Where as it was not mentioned earlier. Although the staff's are nice and helpful

Location, ambience, cleanliness, rooms and hospitality of staff were great. Food was also good, except that the rasgulla they served had worm. They had some problem with water supply. Color and taste of water from the tap of washroom was very odd. All in all experience was good.

Lacation was very good. Dining area was maintained very clean and the food items were served in style with ample care and politeness.

We were taken very good care right from our arrival by taxi at Godkhali and the trip and cruise to Sunderban was very useful and enjoyable. Real value for money. Feel like visiting again. Thank you

Highly supporting staff who take care of guests sincerely. The cottage type rooms blend well with the village ambience. The management will need to think about providing hot water facility in the rooms.

Nice hospitality, nice people but location is not very good, tasty food served every time, good behaviour of staff, Good local sight seeing, local market for handicraft stuff is very reasonable rate wise and good collection, except location its Good value for money

This hotel is in a remote area and if any emergency is needed you will end up by mis happening. There is no road to reach from jetty to hotel you need to walk for at least 15 mins on a mud bank. No electricity in the location. The hotel runs on generator. Staff is good and good quality is OK.

Resort is in a village where other facility like doc and primery need shops are not ablable resort person arrange boat for visit sundarnan which is quite OK. Food is good and service is nice. My family rating for this resort two star

Pleasant stay at solitary nook. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are neat and clean. Hut like structure of hotel gives awesome village look. Food is good. Only thing is that no ATM nearby and Wi-Fi is also not available. Tiger visibility is very rare in Sunderbans.

The warmest staff with yummy foods. Must visit for non Bengali to taste the best of Bengali meals. Urban stay in rural atmosphere which brings us closer to nature. We had an excellent and pleasant stay.

There are so many reason for choosing this resort. One can enjoy the wonderful village atmosphere around the hotel. we had great time there. such warm heated hospitality. Hotel staff are really nice. One must taste the food its awesome. Its worth the money.

I felt the hotel could have been more better prepared for guests who may drop in without any set plan. Staff was friendly, room was nice, slightly overpriced considering the off the shelf rates are lower. May come back but would then book directly and not through this portal.

They told me that their rooms are sold out one month before only, and you people didn't inform them regarding my reservation. I am not able to contact MakeMyTrip because I am in the mid of forest. It is disgusting and I had to wait entire day for another hotel.

I had a very good time at the resort. Such warm hearted hospitality! I would recommend them highly. The area the resort is located in, is very beautiful, with Lotus ponds and paddy fields all around. The mangroves are a whole new world, eye opening experience.
