i am writing to express my outrage and disappointment at the appalling experience i had with your company during my recent trip to ganga sagar. when i first attempted to book a hotel, i received a message stating that i had "missed it. however, when i tried again, the booking was successful. i did not thoroughly check the booking details, assuming that everything was in order. but when i arrived at the hotel with my large family, including small children, i was shocked and dismayed to discover that the "hotel room" i had booked was actually a dirty, pathetic tent on the terrace. the hotel management took me to the terrace and showed me the tent, which was completely unacceptable. i was appalled by the misrepresentation and cheating by your company. i did not have time to cancel the booking as i was traveling with a large group, and i had to prioritize their comfort and well-being. when i contacted your customer care team to report the issue, i was met with indifference and a lack of assistance. i was shocked to learn that the hotel was completely empty, furthermore, during the booking process, there were no pictures of the tent, and no option to select a tent. i had simply selected six rooms, assuming that i would get a standard hotel room. i demand a full refund of my booking amount, as well as the amount i paid to the hotel to adjust to the tent. this is not only a matter of poor customer service but also a clear case of cheating and misrepresentation. i request that you take immediate action to: 1. refund my entire booking amount
2. refund the amount i paid to the hotel to adjust to the tent
3. take disciplinary action against the hotel and your team members responsible for this incident
4. implement measures to prevent such incidents in the future, including providing accurate and transparent booking information
