The property was okayish and is a little worn out. What we found absurd were the charges that they mentioned here is not what they charge. Cook charge is not 1500 but more. They even charged us Rs.1000/day for the cooking utensils that they have in kitchen, which was normal sized utensils we use at home. They offered barbeque for Rs. 1000 and could not even prepare it, still charged 700. Location wise it's just the property and nothing else to look around. The owners were over charging in every possible instance. Also the cook charge is only till dinner, if you want breakfast that will be 2200. Overall, stay was ok and overcharged(including bungalow price) with minimal disturbance and owner was available for any requirement.
