The place is in great location, room service was up to mark, food was also excellent... Pool and the property area was centre of attraction

Property is nice but the service isn’t. Did a mistake on my order then they adjusted it by sending a dessert of same price. Which was unnecessary as we already ordered desserts. Bengali cuisines were good but the continental ones were below average.. bad. Overall experience is average to good

Location wise in a convenient location and easy to reach from Kolkata main city and suburbs. Good property with amusement for children, neat and clean and Stuffs are well behaved. Food tastes very average and highly expensive with respect to quality

Amazing experience. This is my second time visit after 2 years. Amazing hospitality, lovely rooms, infrastructure, excellent staff behaviour, excellent food, well organised place, fantastic ambiance. Separate kids playing place. Though foods might look little overpriced but the quality one gets is fantastic. Presence of amazing ducks and other pet animals. The place is now expanded. A separate restaurant is there with amazing decoration nearby. The place is expanding with more rooms to be added. Separate 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler parking facility is there free of cost. Would like to visit again.

The location , ambience , greenery and serenity is really nice for someone looking for a break from busy life in city. The food is really nice both continental and Indian . The services are professional.

A wonderful experience. if you need to take a refreshment then definitely you have to visit.. especially Room Kolaboti was superb.

THE STAY WAS REJUVENATING. EVERYTHING WERE MESMERIZING. I LOVE THE AMBIENCE, LOCATION AND EVERYTHING THEY PROVIDED.

The room was allocated to the extreme end and the food was not delivered on time, and one of the guests found an insect in the fish item. they have a topical timings to check in and check out which is not as per Overall my experience was so pathetic that can't write in some words.

Amazing experience. The place are incredible. Love enjoy time specially in pool, cafeteria and other spots. The pool maintenance is top notch.

Very well maintained place. You can just sit back on the balcony and enjoy nature at its best. Food was great too! The room was fine except for the water flow in the washroom.

The room does not clean up to the mark & needs to be cleaned in the washroom. Food needs to be a little bit better.

I found the resort to be overpriced, bathroom hangers were broken and it always smells bad. The room were clean and staff behaviour was good.

Nice place to spend the weekend near kolkata. Smooth check-in process. Good food quality. Good place to walk around.

It was a good experience. Although the swimming pool was crowded due to weekend, the overall quality of the resort was good. Room was clean and service was prompt, food was fantastic. There was a problem with the AC as water was dripping out, but housekeeping and technician fixed the problem. Only reason why I gave 4 rating is because of the crowded pool and ac problem. I would recommend everyone to have a stay in this resort.

We stayed overnight in a suite. Overall experience was pretty average or below average against the premium they are charging. Swimming pool is very small and was cramped with just 3-4 families. Overall the property is cramped lacking free space given the size, there is no other activity and smimming pool has limited capacity. At least 60% of items in the menu list are not available, tea kit provided in the room does not have coffee which is a bit unusual, I asked for coffee saches but in vain. In the peak of summer, they are just providing 2 bottles of 700 ml of water which had to be replenished several times, I requested for additional bottles but again in vain. Now coming on to the breakfast buffet, this was the most disappointing part. Items were limited and none of the items warranted a repeat, preparations were ordinary. Out of all these disappointments, there were some good things, food delivered in the room was good and general staff behaviour was good.
