Review Of Shubham Hotel

It was a last minute booking, but then I got to know the hotel didn't accept MMT bookings. I've to find another hotel option late at night in Shillong because of their declination.

1. I felt this hotel is not good for family. 2. In specification it is given that it has parking but there is no parking. 3. Staff behavior is good.

I have booked hotel with complimentary breakfast. But hotel denied to provide breakfast. I have completed to makemytrip but not any solution yet. Very bad experience in my life in this hotel.

Issues: 1. Blanket was very dirty and it was smelling a lot. 2.No telephone provided 3. Room cleanliness was worst as you can see in the photo. 4. only one towel was provided and that was very short. 5. Bathroom taps were broken, the toilet flush was not working, water quality was unhealthy, no filter was used. 6.No room service provided In this Omicron-filled environment, this kind of poor and unhygienic environment can't be even expected and that too in a high costly hotel. Looking at all these conditions it is very much sure that the rooms are not worth of money. Anyhow, we had to finally buy a blanket and that helped us to manage anyhow.

I had requested the shubham hotel authority to provide pillow and blanket as there was too much cold at shillong during my stay at hotel. But unfortunately they failed to provide the same. Also the set-tox was out of order and after frequent request they had not take any initiative to solve the problem. In my view shubham hotel is not safe for tourists.

Very pathetic room condition, toilet are worst. Charge of the room per ight should be 500- to 600- were as you people are charging 2000+ per night.

The room is max 500rs per night worth. Not more than that. Zero network. Wifi not working. Hygeine nill. Dust all over the room. Staff quarter also adjacent to the room. Staff were shouting at night disturbing my sleep. So paying 2100per night was waste for me

After staying 2 nights we were bound to leave due to small room and unhygienic condition. Booked another hotel in my own pocket for another two days. We had worst experience. Lost 2 days hotel fare.

Not provided room as per pictures which I booked in MMT, dirty rooms, washroom, bed sheets, no hot water, worst experience, MMT please remove this from your sites.

The room size and settings were quite unsatisfying compared to the price. However the staff was very helpful, and Hotel location is quite fine.
