Hotel was average. The approach to hotel is not convenient. Narrow roads with lots of traffic always in and around it. Staff in the dining area were not responding well to our requests.

It was a nice experience with Eureka Inn & Cafe. Rooms were clean & spacious. The host is a nice & humble lady.

The best hotel in Nongthymmai, Shillong. The rooms are so clean, staff were so polite and the food was so good. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family when they come to Shillong.

Staying at this homestay was a fantastic experience. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, staffs were friendly and supportive throughout my stay.

Eureka inn cafe where you experience a home far away from home. With a need and tidy. More importantly the helpfullnes of the host and the staff during your stay is one of the best.

Hotel manager's behaviour was very dangerous. She disagreed to give a accommodation for 3 adults. I tried to convince her but she was shouting bitterly. This was very stockings and unfortunate
