I recently stayed at Shree Shiv Ganga Bhakt Niwas and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous throughout our visit. Being two females traveling to an unfamiliar area, we were a little apprehensive at first, but your team ensured we felt completely safe and comfortable. A special mention for the thoughtful assistance on our departure day — our train was at 4:00 am, and the hotel staff not only arranged an auto for us but also ensured we reached the station on time and safely. This gesture truly meant a lot to us. The only area I feel could be improved is the food arrangements. Enhancing this aspect would make the overall stay even better.

The hotel is like a guest house. 1. Rooms are small and bathrooms are very small and uncomfortable for bathing. 2. The location is 2km far and one can get similar stay option near the temple 3. Room cleanliness and linen is average and need better management. Overall, i would rate this an below average option for stay in ujjain.
