Hotel Sur

I had booked for two nights It turned out to be a horrible stay with hair strands all over the room, dirty wash rooms, smelly room, insects inside, dirty linen & many more! I had reached late but Checkout next morning first thing as it was unbearable to stay even a minute in this

the room was good, but the staff didn't listen and was quite unfriendly. We asked for room cleaning, and we had to give them 2-3 reminders, and after that only minimal cleaming was done. We had to wait for atleast 3-5 hours for our each request, like water etc. even when we ordered tea, it took them 1 hour. The room was satisfactory, however, the staff seemed inattentive and rather unwelcoming. We requested room cleaning and found ourselves needing to remind them on multiple occasions, and even then, only minimal cleaning was performed. We experienced delays of at least three to five hours for each of our requests, such as for water. Even when we ordered tea, it took an hour to arrive.

Stay was good and staff is very generous and calm issue resolved quickly and room are really good. Overall awesome stay

The staff was friendly and very cooperative. They also offered helpful suggestions for nearby places to eat and visit. The hotel menu had a good variety of vegetarian food, and the prices were reasonable. The room and washroom were clean, and the bedsheets were also fresh.

"The property’s location was decent, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport options. The amenities were adequate for what I needed, and the facilities were generally well-maintained. As for the services, the staff was polite and helpful, Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Great stay with clean rooms, basic amenities, and good food. Convenient location with easy access to shops and transport. Housekeeping was excellent. Would stay again!

It is a new property <1 year. The staff were helpful at all times. Very clean and neatly maintained rooms, with decent size.

The rooms are good. The washroom is clean. Just a couple of minor issues. 1. There is no restaurant in the hotel. But there are restaurants nearby. 2. There were no curtains in the room which i had. Even though there werent any windows, but near the ceiling there was a glassed window like enclosure which allowed a bit of light to enter

Rooms were average, staff were polite and helpful, was surprised to see no window, ac stopped working the second day, but it was winter and was not an issue, place is located near temple, so there was loud aarti going on most of the day, at-least for the time i was there, night time was peaceful, no restaurant was available, but lots of good options for food nearby, hot water was available 24 hours, manager was present at the time when housekeeping guys came in for cleaning, as we were going out, overall good experience.
