Shyam Stays Inn

The hotel is being run by completely non experienced staffs. In the name of free breakfast you only get 1-2 items and that too show as if their spread is bigger than taj. They dont basic items available, like when we visited there was no butter with breads, when we complained they said its over.. They dont have proper entry points from main road, it is real struggle to take the car to the hotel.

Location is in a colony and there was construction going on the road hence not easy to approach. Room was ok, however there was no restaurant and kitchen facility. Breakfast arrangements were from outside and very limited items. Overall I would say not worth the price which was charged

in transit halt .hotel location is very far from Mahakal mandir,water in bathroom have issues in morning and breakfast was so so,otherwise rooms r clean n staff was good

The hotel is newly created. it's very neat and clean. The staff is also supportive. The only point to make is that they have not started their in-house kitchen so far so you need to order food from outside which I think hotel management will take care of in upcoming days. overall it was a pleasant stay in the hotel.

Property is good with modern amenities. Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful. Overall good experience.

Food was really pathetic and staff were unsupported. They were unable to provide basic utensils for kid.

Property is far from the temple but the property is good and clean and also the staff is cordial and good

My experience with this property was average. There is no kitchen in the hotel so no meals are available apart from breakfast, which they get from outside. Breakfast options are also very limited. Only tea and coffee are available for room service order. The location of property is also not good and taking public transport is a challenge. TVs in the room are for namesake only, nothing actually works. Only positive was the hotel was clean and is newly built. Room service was also quick mostly.

Overall good experience .Staff was courteous ,Property is New , location is somewhat ok from Main Mahakal Mandir .Food was good.

Property was new built. Rooms were spacious and clean with all basic amenities. Newly started restaurant.We were the first to had breakfast. Good Taste . Parking space is available for 8-10 cars within. property located in society and was calm and quite place with easy accessibility. Our stay was comfortable and liked it for 1night.

Value for money stay in city like ujjain, I get property at 2400. Hygiene, staf and location everything was perfect

stay was excellent, rooms were clean and bathroom also. hotel is new so no issue about maintenance, also the parking area is there which was the issue with other hotels.

It is an excellent hotel except location. Location is in residential area between 2 colonies, so difficult to reach

I had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel! As a coffee lover, I must say this is where I had the most perfect hot coffee ever. Special thanks to Akash and Saurabh bhaiya for their warm hospitality, but the star of my stay was Chintu. He took care of everything like a family member and made sure I felt completely at home. Chintu served me amazing coffee throughout my 2-day stay — I must have had over 8 cups! Not only that, he also clicked one of my best photos here. This was my second visit to the hotel, and it was even better than the first. I’m definitely coming back again. Big thanks to the entire team! ♥️

Our stay here was very comfortable. Hotel rooms were as shown in the pictures. Neat and clean. Good for devotees visiting Ujjain. The hotel is about 15 mins from Mahakal Mandir and 30 mins from Mangalnath mandir. Easy to get auto to get to temple. Good Service from staff.

Didn’t have a good experience at Shyam stays inn. The rooms were not clean with shoe marks on walls and hair all over the place on beds and in bathroom. We asked for room change but were denied the same. Not at all happy with the experience of stay at this hotel. Please avoid this place.
