No safety deposit in rooms freidge very dirty and my 1 room no freidge TV unit very bad Had one of worst experience in my life. I book suite room pool view bu hotel reception give me no view room very bad service.

Location is good for city and as well as for the Mahakal, hotel is on the hiway, and on the way to Indore so one can go to Onkareshwar directly from the hotel. It is near to the bypass so you need not to go to the city every time.

With family I was going to Gwalior while take a break at Ujjain for night. Though I reached at 12:30 midnight. The treat is well and give good service. Room were clean and comfortable. Makemy trip always help me in finding good hotel

Room service is good. Restaurant not up the Mark. Food cost was high. Location is good but little far from city. Worst thing was people at reception. No greetings .. Looked very disappointed and disconnected

Poor hospitality. No privacy. Housekeeping staff has duplicate key which they can use anytime without permission in your absence. Management does not held anyone responsible for this. Your luggage is not safe this way.

Actually I Booked room few days back in Mortal Avenue but due to construction or remodelling activity they have provided room in Mortal Paradise which is just few meters away inside the Mortal Hotel Campus. Paradise hotel rooms are spacious, luxurious with awesome view of Kshipra River and vast agricultural fields and has good bathrooms. Location is a perfect spot to refresh. Early mornings we saw and heard peacocks screaming which was awesome. Hotel campus is very spacious and huge. Food is very expensive so my advice is include dinner, lunch and breakfast also while booking online to save money. Inside hotel there are very big trees of Mango and Kadamb(rare). Has a beautiful restaurant, so I recommend to experience it instead of taking room service. During my stay I experienced hot water problem in room number 3006 for a day. The hotel is bit far from the Ujjain Mahakaleshwar temple. I have not seen any smiling/ welcoming/happy faces in their staff. Services are Good. This hotel check out time is 10 AM only and not 11 AM. Overall its a good stay.

Hotel Mortal paradise is a superb hotel. Mostly I like rooms of Mortal paradise. Wide rooms and bathrooms was also good. Only the problem is location. Location is good for Mahala temple but it is not good for city market.

This is good hotel in Gwalior with good budget room are also clean hotel is in good location near by station and bus stand and also near to Mahakaleshwar I will always stay this hotel if I will in Ujjain.

It was OK service was not good this time poor infrastructure. Poor way of talking to customers. They don't have sense how to talk leaking bathroom broken chairs and after no information they say that they have informed us and v are lying **** they gave this time.

The location was good and accurate on map. Hotel facilities and cleanliness was also maintained up to the mark. One thing I want to urge is that every room should have a fan, so that the room will possess liveliness.
