Hotel is located in a very narrow lane but Ramghat and Mahakaal temple are within 2 km radius. They don't provide lunch and dinner as they don't have pantry. Breakfast is outsourced and includes poha, Dhokla and kachori. Quality of room and facilities are pathetic. I have told the owner to invest in the maintenance of the room and services Hotel is located in a very narrow lane but Ramghat and Mahakaal temple are within 2 km radius. Worst ever experience, first is the room. One room should be three bed as booked, got double bed and no space for extra bedding. Asked to set it in front of washroom gate. Washrooms are not even cleaned, taps not working. No one to serve you, not even basic ammenities were there. Three people in a room and 1 towel, refused to give extra towels.
