Staffs behaviour was not good, I have booked my stay with breakfast but they don't have arrange the breakfast. I am not satisfied with my experience. The staff’s behaviour was not good, and although I had booked my stay with breakfast included, they did not arrange or provide the breakfast as promised. This was very disappointing.

The hotel staff was very strange, and there was a terrible smell in the room. The staff didn’t even provide towels.

The room mentioned on MMT was not allocated initially even after check in time. They were offering a smaller room. After arguing they alloted the booked room. They provided tiny soap bars instead of hand wash. The geyser wasn't working. They didn't provide towels as well. The bed linen was stained and torn.

Location and Property is excellent. Food is not available as of now but staff is helpful. Overall very good Property.

The Hotel is decent and lovely for stay and the tarish Food system is good only in the evening.The hotel Person is cooperative

very bad service, the staff is rude, they provided no amenities such as soap, towel, or even water, they hardly cared for reviews, never pre pay for hotels, always choose pay at property method. the address they have is wrong, everytime their reviews pile up for bad one, they change their hotels name. there's no board on the hotel building either.

The hotel is new and located at quite some distance from the mandir,though close to station.Food not available,though service from nearby restaurants is available.Rooms are clean but size is small.Overall a comfortable stay.

No parking, Rooms were suffocated, no hygiene, no basic amenities were provided like no fresh towels, no toiletries. Staff was rude. If you are planning a trip to Ujjain please do not book this hotel. Worst experience

**Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel** I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a complete disappointment. Despite being nearly three months old, the hotel is already in a pathetic condition. The corridors were dirty, and the rooms were poorly maintained. The AC was not working, making the stay uncomfortable. The bedsheets had a foul smell, and the towels were dirty, adding to the unhygienic experience. The hotel is severely understaffed, leading to slow service and unaddressed concerns. Honestly, even a simple Dharamshala would offer better cleanliness and comfort than this place. I would strongly advise against staying here.

Hotel named as super collection O but seems tie up is still pending. Very unprofessional staff. Bedsheet, pillow cover was too dirty. TV was not working. when i asked how to connect, staff told me use your mobile internet. No toilteries in washroom. No security as well. Not suitable for family stay.
