Very poor management bed talking way and irresponsible room are in bed quantity cleaning not properly

Very poor service, hotel management totally understand.

No power back up facility. Not for AC, but at least have for light and fan. Room is also not proper clean.

Very poor facility, room is very small and washroom was very dirty.

Hotel is hard to find no parking space is provided, hotel staff is very careless and water problem may occur.

Difficult to locate. Terrible service and food was not up to the mark as it is served by a hotel.
Receptionist was rude. No service of water.

Bad hotel

Poor room service.

We received enough for what we paid. Food was also good. One negative point is the doors have lock. As well as the hotel was in a remote area.

I have paid for extra bed charges but there was hardly any space in the room for accommodating an extra bed which made our stay quite uncomfortable. Moreover there as power failure problem and sunlight hardly reached our room so even in day time we had to spent time in darkness in day time. Cost of food was too much as compared to quality. L astly the hotel is too far from main city and we had to spent lot of money for communicating.

Though the hot water was not therein in room but we could get the hot water in minutes and service was superb. One should have their food in this hotel and don't eat outside

Staffs are good, but the guest house is not good. Its charges are high. No room service is available., no wifi. The owner is not friendly. I will not suggest anyone to take the guest housse.

It was very cold in the hotel rooms.No dining table, no fire place.The only good thing about the hotel was food, and hot water(despite there being no Geyser as was promised again but solar water heaters did not let me feel the pain.

Poor room service, too far-11 kms. from the city. The worst part is that the local people do not know about the guest house. Its better to book a hotel near the city and save taxi fare. Minimum INR 90, one way.

1. Actually, the hotel was in residential area which is not easily approachable and very far from the market. 2. The checkout is 12.00 noon, and I reached there at 3.00 pm, they already knows my bookings, but all of these they take alot of time to allot me the rooms. 3. None of the facilities was there, i.e. no drinking water in the room, no hot water in bathrooms, leakage of taps in bathroom.
