Pathetic property! Should be called a 1 star hotel. Fungus and leakage on walls in bedrooms. Cockroaches infested cupboards and room crevices. Should be blacklisted. It is a health hazard to even spend 10 minutes in this hotel. I am reporting this hotel to HRACC. No hot water, no towels!!! Very Poor Experience – Unhygienic and Poor Service
I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The air conditioner was leaking water, making the floor wet and unsafe. Despite booking breakfast in advance, it was not delivered on time. The condition of the room was poor, with visible signs of neglect and lack of maintenance. To make matters worse, I saw a cockroach crawling in the room, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation. I would not recommend this place and hope the management takes serious steps to improve hygiene and service.

Rooms were not good had to change three rooms as there were issues with tv, washroom, air-conditioners and such other issues.

No hot water available,had to change two rooms.the first tv was unrepairable the second room ac did not function.no ac remote.free b'fast was bad bread not upto the mark stale,butter totally melted cold puri's.

Excellent, hotel staff is polite and helpful, the hotel is located on the main road, it is easy to reach, it has its own parking facility.

Basic needs missin
> during my stay, no routine housekeeping was done that is generally done on a daily basis. However when i called for cleaning, only room floor cleaning was done by mop. > basic need items(like tea, milk, sugar pouch, tooth brush & paste etc) were totally missing. However on demand it was provided but no top-up system. > only one towel was available in the double bed room and the cleanliness of that was also not up to the mark. > restaurant not available in the hotel, so when i ordered food from their menu available in the room, 50% of the item was not available. > the breakfast menu & system is very disappointing, only 2 items were available in breakfast and the taste was also not good.

The room was pretty average and the staff were also very well behaved and helpful. The only problem i had was with someone knocking the door constantly during our stay which was a horrifying experience. But after all it was a good hotel equipped with all necessary amenities and services.

उन्होंने गड़बड़ करी के सुपर डीलक्स की बजाय मेरे को डीलक्स रूम दिया और पैसे आप लोगों ने मेरे से सुपर डीलक्स के लिए तो कृपा करके मेरा यह रिफंड दीजिए नहीं तो मैं आगे से नहीं करवाऊंगी आपके यहां से कोई भी बुकिंग और इतना गंदा खाना और उसके साथ-साथ इतना गंदा रूम का एंबिएंस सर्विस जीरो थी

It was ok, room was not deluxe. Exhaust fan was not running. Tap was shaking while opening. Water leaking was there. Pillow cover was dirty. No area was available for us to sit in restaurant. Only food was found ok ok.

Terrible experience
I stayed in hotel for a night. I was there on 27th august along with my wife. It was a overnight stay. When i reached there on reception, no welcome great. When shown the booking details i was offered room no 8 which was newly painted. Smell of new paint was there. Room was under renovation. Requested for another room and i was shown 102 in which smell of urine was there in bathroom and the doorlock in bathroom was not there. Kundi tutti the. Next room was shown same problem. T v was not working. Some other problems auro something else was missing. Rooms were stinking. On reception no was there to attend the calls. Never recommend to stay here. Poorly maintained.
