I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay booked . My experience was far below acceptable standards and left me feeling incredibly frustrated.
Upon checking in, I immediately noticed several significant issues within the room. The dustbin was already full, indicating a lack of proper cleaning before my arrival. Furthermore, only one electricity port was functional, and the television was not working at all. To my dismay, the commode (latrine) seat in the washroom was broken upon inspection.
The condition of the washroom was completely unacceptable. It was excessively dirty, to the point that we were unable to use it even once during our entire stay. This lack of basic hygiene was appalling.
Adding to the discomfort, the receptionist was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. When I requested an extra blanket and bed, as the booking was for three people and the provided single-size blanket and small bed were inadequate, the receptionist directly refused. Their dismissive attitude was highly unprofessional.
The situation escalated further when the receptionist, late at night, told us that if we were not satisfied, we could leave the room in the middle of the night. This behavior was shocking and made us feel incredibly unwelcome and insecure.
Despite booking my stay with breakfast included, I was informed by the receptionist that the hotel did not have a kitchen and therefore could not provide any breakfast. This blatant misrepresentation of amenities is unacceptable.
Frankly, I am beyond frustrated with this entire experience. It was uncomfortable, unhygienic, and the staff's behavior was appalling. It is difficult to fully articulate the negative impact this stay had on my trip.
I request a thorough investigation into this matter and expect a satisfactory resolution for the significant inconvenience and distress caused by this booking.
