Dear Mr Shanu, Thank you for writing the review. We do understand that we had a hot water problem during your stay and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We had offered you an alternate room, but you declined and preferred to stay in the same room, which was of equal size and had the same view, except for being on a different floor. Regarding the location, we have provided our GPS coordinates on the site and informed guests that it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the mall road. As a homestay, we have mentioned the amenities available in our rooms, which do not include a television. You mentioned that there was no lighting at the roadside entrance. The street lights provide the roadside entrance lighting, but we understand that there should be a backup light at the roadside entrance during load shedding. Inside our property, basic lighting in the passage and rooms is backed up by an inverter 24/7. Our homestay focuses on providing a clean, comfortable environment with good home-cooked food, and we are glad we could provide you with these, as reflected in your ratings.
