Initially we had issues with the room cleanliness which we complained and they took immediate action and were curtious enough to take care of us for the rest of our stay. The food was exceptionally good and we loved to come back.

Our stay at Sheraton Grand Bangalore at Brigade Gateway was comfortable and memorable as it was a long stay, but there are a few areas that could use improvement.
• In-Room Dining (IRD): Service could be more prompt and efficient with quicker delivery times.
• Housekeeping: Needs to improve in maintaining hygiene standards and ensuring rooms stay fresh. Regular checks for refilling shower gels and other amenities would be appreciated.
• Guest Experience: For suite guests, small thoughtful gestures such as sweets, welcome treats, or special amenities would add a more premium touch.
That said, a special mention and big shoutout to the wonderful staff across the property — from the front desk to Feast restaurant — who made our stay delightful. You guys are amazing:
Santoshi, Mutthu, Ajanta, Omika, Amaranth, Kuldeep, and Ahalya (the sweetest!) – thank you for your warmth and hospitality!

Awesome experience..... Hospitality of reception team, view from the room, cleanliness of room, food quality and variety.... all deserve a 5 star.... Thanks to Omika for great reception and for giving us a fantastic view room .... Swimming pool is well maintained..... Burnt Garlic Jasmine Rice is must try... Connectivity to Metro (Sandal Soap Factory at stone throw distance)..... Orion Mall just next to Hotel.... If in Bengaluru then Stay at Sheraton Grand Brigade Gateway will for sure elevate your experience....

I just completed my stay at the Sheraton Grand Bangalore and it was excellent. The rooms were spacious and spotless, the breakfast delicious, and the staff was attentive throughout. The location is perfect—right next to Orion Mall and very close to ISKCON Temple, making it easy to explore and enjoy Bangalore’s attractions. Highly recommend

The staffs are quiet experienced and well-behaved. We travelled with our toddler and they made the stay even more memorable by frequent asking for any problem or anything. Services are top-notch.

Stay which we would remember always, we booked the stay as my daughter wanted to spend her birthdays with her friends in a posh place that’s when we made the booking and stayed one night. Rooms were spacious, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was awesome, dinner was provided at a discounted price. Location is city center and can keep on adding and thanks to front desk people, they were so kind and welcoming

Doing mock drill for fire without any prior intimation thus, panic was created in the people.
