It was good, but while we were checking out the manager.who handles everything—asked us to stop by at the reception and said he would inspect the room before we left. Suddenly he appeared with a bedsheet that had a stain we hadn’t noticed during our stay. We told him we didn’t cause it, but he didn’t listen and said we would have to pay ₹250 extra for cleaning. I’m not sure what detergent is needed for such a small stain, and I’m wondering . Overall the experience was good, but this is not acceptable.

Worst service ever the customer executive was very rude. The hotel staff was very unresponsive. The bedsheet had multiple yellow food marks and also burn marks of cigarette. Geyser also not available. I would never recommend this hotel for any patient party

Experience is horrible. Reached early at around 6.30 am. Hotel was totally locked and even after calling the owner of the property they did not open the gate till 8 am. Ultimately we had to take another hotel. The hotel than called up at around 8.30 to enquired if we are coming. I told him that we waited 1 hr. 30 min. for them to open the gate but no one responded. want a refund.

great stay with a nice location

The room was ok but the main door's lock was faulty. The bathroom had used soaps and open shampoo sachets. There were mosquitoes in the room but no allout liquid was provided.

This guest house is too bad to stay.bed linen have previous guest hair,blood stain.behaviour is worst.

They don’t have any room service, don’t clean the room even after requesting for multiple time

This is not a hotel it is just like a guest house only staying and sleeping at night have no any food available and the location is so for the interior. At the time of booking shows one room and at time of check-in get another room, bed size too small we are staying to days no more housekeeping staff are available.

Food is prepared by staff as per request. The room provided by us (101) was clean. There is no proper dining area, food is served in the room and we had to eat, sitting on the bed and plates in hand. This may be looked into. Staff are very courteous. Provision for water heater should be made.

i rate it average because there is no drinking water and they give bottle and extra charges for them.room is not cleaned well. don't order food from that own hotel boys. they made worst foods👎🏻.
