Close to the airport and embassy
The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. The location is perfect, close to the airport and the embassy. We were visiting for our visa interview and the us embassy is just a 10min ride away from the property.

The stay was good
soloThe stay was good. The rooms and common areas are clean but the room service is not so good. No intercom to call someone and it's almost impossible to get the staff on their mobile phones at once. Rest is good but the room service should improve.

Stay at Mumbai Bandra Seven Serviced Apartments Bandra East(BKC)
Good location near Bandra Railway Station, pleasant stay but price per day is high, bedsheets and linen spread to be changed at least twice a day, good and courteous staffs, lunch and dinner amount can be reduced. Aloo bajji not up to mark. Lunch and dinner good and tasty.

Clean rooms, but bad food
What I liked: (1) Clean rooms and bathroom. (2) Helpful staff. (3) US Consulate is 15 to 18 minutes drive. (4) Clean linen. (5) Gas stove and basic utensils for cooking available. Also washing machine, oven and fridge. What may be improved: (1) Food served is of ordinary quality including bad Chai. Of course, just go down and you will have plenty "chai tapri" nearby (2) Mattress is basic, does not give comfort. (3) For Queen size bed, two mattress are given. So with kid, one has to sleep on edge. Uncomfortable. (4) Please clean refrigerator. It smells badly due to food Stored inside by travelers for many days.

Worth just a stay. No sense of pride
soloThe rooms are clean but very old-fashioned. The TV was pathetic and so was washroom. No toiletries in the washroom, no hand towel. Would never recommend this to anyone.

Very nice stay and good hospitality
This was our first stay with a service apartment. We traveled with 2 kids one is 4 years and the other is 10 months. The stay was very good. The staff was well behaved polite helping. Rooms were clean and decent as shown in images. The overall experience was really very good.

Good stay for business stay
I had traveled with my colleagues for US visa process. It is very close to US Consulate. By car, it took us 10 minutes, even though currently metro work is in progress. We had very warm reception by the staff. Rooms are good for business travel at low expense, close to BKC.

Overall okay experience
I traveled with my family so booked an apartment with 3 rooms, all rooms were of same type while booking so it was nowhere mentioned that in an apartment there are just 2 rooms which are deluxe and one is super deluxe. So while booking I didn't know that the rooms which I'll get will be in different apartment. So that an inconvenience when I was staying there with my family. While booking there should be some information that all the rooms are booked in same apartment or different. Other than that everything else was okay to stay at this place.

Good stay at a very convenient location
The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location right next to the Western express highway. Since it is a little inside, there isn't any noise. Nice breakfast, comfortable rooms good for business travel.
