The place was good. Very well set up. Clean and asthetic. Only downside was the immediate location. Very narrow approach road and immediately surroundings are of a slum like setup. Not advisable to walk around. But the building itself was good and clean.

Although i was warned that the property lies in a low income area, i wanted to know the exact location and route to it. when i reached out, the guy responded with that i'll be shared on the day of arrival. but since i am an anxious person i wanted to have a plan set in stone, reason being multiple people in family getting converged at this place, so reached out on call until the checkin day morning, multiple times, nobody picked up, after sometime my calls were blocked. my text were left on seen. so i decided to book something else where i can atleast get in contact with the host. and lost my money here. worst experience ever. pre bookings are supposed to make your travel a little hassel free but this was completely opposite for me.

The property is not easily accessible especially at night time, no cab will you drop inside and the check in time is super late which we had to request an early check in and yet the caretaker was rude. Though the property itself was modern and clean.

We had a pleasant stay at the flat 902. The flat is as per description. Entry, exit, stay was good.

Worst service executive. location in slum area. vehicle not reachable. we were finding location for 1 hr. no ola or uber cab auto comes to location. not at all safe for family. service executive poor service. She seats in banglore. local care taker number not working. no bedsheet provided for extra bed. Not all recommended for stay . Rooms with moist walls. fungal smell inside room . No one care taker in night time at location. Check in at 3pm. online booking shows 2 pm. after doing complaint to make my trip they agreed for 2 pm.

Nice decor, connvient location for visa appointment or airport travel. Area is bit congested but the facility is awesome.

It was a wonderful experience, I stayed with my friends and we found it lovely , the ambience and the aesthetics totally matched our vibe though the area near it might look shady for the first time but as you settle in you’ll find nice people around you.
