Review Of Sentosa Resorts and Water Park

The rooms were a bit worn out, though adequately designed. Balcony door lock had a problem, but this was told to me before allotting the room. Food (& room service) was good.

The water park and swimming pool were closed for maintenance, so we were highly disappointed, as this was not mentioned on MMT hotel details. The quality of towels and bedsheets were of very poor quality. There was no shower gel provided by the property.

Pool , water park was not active/ nobody’s took that pain to inform us while we were booking , washroom smells like hell/ no room fresher was there/ no toiletry was provided

Very bad. Swimming pool and water park were closed for maintenance. The team didn't inform us beforehand. Waste of money. There was no TV in hall. It was a suite room. This service was not expected.

Water park not in working, No breakfast, Room Not cleaned, Poor Front desk, No driver arrangement asking for Rs.2200 for driver. Overall Very Very Bad experience

First of all, The there was no water park or swimming pool available. The pool and the water Park is closed for maintenance and it was not mentioned anywhere in MakeMyTrip so that that was the biggest disappointment for us. We actually booked for water park. otherwise, we could have go to anywhere else. There are so many good restaurants, but we prefer to have a water park and that was missing so that that is the biggest disappointment. Next room was okay, but I'm not up to the Wi-Fi was not there. There was some demolish meant was happening somewhere in restaurant, so they cut all the cable centre because of that Wi-Fi was unavailable for a day. So next day we didn't ask when we were supposed to leave, so that's why we did not care for the Wi-Fi, but it wasn't available, then room was okay. I'm not up to the mark and we did not have a had a good time. It was the sofa was broken, and since the water park has been closed, it is so much cluttered over there. It wasn't clean and it was a bit messy and so much reorganisation work were going, so it wasn't properly maintained premises it was very much clumsy and dirty place. Meaning of many of the dirty areas were there so yeah, not happy with her resort.

Staff was good and rooms were very clean and hygiene. Ambience was soothingly and food was very tasty.

Good stay. Room was smelling with bad order but after room freshner can be manageable. Water park was very good

Staff of the hotel is very nice and supportive.The rooms had many mosquitoes, dust accumulated in wardrobe,smell of fungus and stored room.The property seems to be good but not mantain in terms of cleanliness

cockroach and Ants are everywhere in the the room. The staff has change our room but the other room was also sane issue

Excellent servies, property is on highway nice location, staff is very very Courteous and nice specially front desk staff are very helpful and polite

The property location is very the reason we choose to book our stay & we really find a hidden gem like resort. Due to traffic we reached a little late but the staff was really helpful. Room was pretty good as we booked family room, it was big enough to accommodate a family of four. Will definitely book this property again at my pune visit.

The bathroom fittings were loose and there was fungus in the room

we had to call reception for everything, we booked an executive room and AC wasn't working, No TV connection, No wIFI connection. though our problem was resolved by calling them repeatedly.
