3200 taken for suite room and it's a small room which was covered by bed only. no space left

Food is excellent, Rooms are also clean and nice. Overall good stay

I stayed at the hotel Season 4 Residence in Teynampet, Chennai, checking in on August 15 and checking out on August 16. The breakfast provided was very tasty and served as per requirement. However, the room service was not very good, and there were multiple power outages in the room. Even though I informed the concerned staff several times, no action was taken.

Amenities: TV was not working Handwash & Oil/cream: Generally we get Handwash in room and oil and cream in a small sache but that was not available Food : food quality was near ok, not much good Lunch/dinner : i checked in at 21:00 They told that dinner facility is not Available here For Lunch for Next day , they told that you have to wait So , i paid money for lunch/ dinner and breakfast and got only breakfast

The food was good. And the hotel is in a prime location too. So it is easily accessible. But our room was very small. We didn't even have enough space to walk around. Also, the room was very smelly. Totally an average one for the price we pay! not a great one

Location is closed to theynampat metro and Global Visa Centre in the Ramee'sMall. They arranged very vegetarian lunch from out side which very hygenic, tasty and affordable prize.Service staffs were very cooperative .

Room not clean. Corridor was stinking. Breakfast is ok, tea is full of sugar. Staff not polite. Overall it was bad experience.

Booking was completed. Payment was made but the property didn't have any rooms available for checkin

Room and bathroom was neat and clean, breakfast time was over by 9.45am so when you have booked along with breakfast plan accordingly

Issues faced: as per the invoice, my check-in time was scheduled for 12:00 pm, but i was only allowed to check in at 1:00 pm, resulting in a waiting time of 1 hour. Drinking water was not provided on time during my stay. The room cleanliness was far below expectations and not up to standard. The overall experience was highly unsatisfactory, and i do not believe the services provided were worth the amount paid. This has caused significant inconvenience, and i would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family. In light of the above issues, i kindly request a refund for the inconvenience caused. It lacks mainenance and hygiene was a challenging iss. Poor maintenan e dusty and not cleanes for months

Very clean and hygienic place. Also small cafeteria for snacks. Play area for childrens. Rooms have enough space with amenities. Staff behaviour was good.

Food brought from street and served. Pathetic. Do not book hotel with meals. Rooms are good but food is not good.
