Issues faced: as per the invoice, my check-in time was scheduled for 12:00 pm, but i was only allowed to check in at 1:00 pm, resulting in a waiting time of 1 hour. Drinking water was not provided on time during my stay. The room cleanliness was far below expectations and not up to standard. The overall experience was highly unsatisfactory, and i do not believe the services provided were worth the amount paid. This has caused significant inconvenience, and i would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family. In light of the above issues, i kindly request a refund for the inconvenience caused.
