    Hi, i visited puri with my family, and elderly parents. During check in the caretaker informed lift is not working and room is on the 7th floor. So, the only option is to climb. After a few discussions he given a room on some other block. But, while checking out asked for complete room rent as he shifted us to another block as we refused to climb to 7th floor. There are many other hotels in the same apartment, you try them. Please avoid staying at this hotel.
