Rooms were not in condition as shown in photos. The experience of this trip was riuned entirely due to this hotel. Staff was not good and was arrogant.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Goa. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was excellent. A special thanks to Prem, the manager, for being so helpful and making our stay even better. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable experience!

no lift, rooms with spider webs, seepage walls, mattress was not so good it was sagging. before checking in ok with response, after check in delay in response, no proper hot water. apart from all this swimming pool was ok....

It was a terrible stay at this hotel as the room was not clean, bathroom was stinking badly. when we asked for room cleaning staff was not responding. We were not having water properly at this hotel as it was under work. For 3 hours we were waiting for water and at last they shifted us somewhere else where the stay was horrible. overall very bad experience

Worst stay experience ever. Leaky walls. Very tidy rooms.. cockroaches all around the room. Bed, bedspread and blacker were stinking.. I will never recommend this place to anyone. The swimming pool is full of choline. We did not feel of getting into it.

I booked three rooms at this hotel for a family trip to Goa, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Basic amenities like water bottles, towels, buckets, and mugs were not provided in any of the rooms. The rooms were unclean, had wall stains, and there was a persistent bad smell, making the stay very uncomfortable and unhygienic. To make things worse, the caretaker was unresponsive and did not answer our calls when we needed help locating the property. Thankfully, we were only staying for one night, but it was a terrible experience overall. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

Property near market and beach..food is also good..Staff is very good polite, well mannered..and very helpful...there are swimming pool and cafes.. its just we don’t had that much time to use..over all money worth place..u can go for it...

I had a very disappointing stay at this property in Goa. The room provided was in pathetic condition. The cleanliness was completely missing, the furniture was old and broken, the walls were damp, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable. Even the basic amenities like proper bedding, clean washroom, and functioning air conditioning were not maintained.For the price charged, this property is nowhere close to being worth it. It felt extremely uncomfortable to stay even for a night. Definitely not recommended if you’re expecting a clean, well-kept, and decent room in Goa.
