I booked three rooms at this hotel for a family trip to Goa, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Basic amenities like water bottles, towels, buckets, and mugs were not provided in any of the rooms. The rooms were unclean, had wall stains, and there was a persistent bad smell, making the stay very uncomfortable and unhygienic. To make things worse, the caretaker was unresponsive and did not answer our calls when we needed help locating the property. Thankfully, we were only staying for one night, but it was a terrible experience overall. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

Property near market and beach..food is also good..Staff is very good polite, well mannered..and very helpful...there are swimming pool and cafes.. its just we don’t had that much time to use..over all money worth place..u can go for it...

I had a very disappointing stay at this property in Goa. The room provided was in pathetic condition. The cleanliness was completely missing, the furniture was old and broken, the walls were damp, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable. Even the basic amenities like proper bedding, clean washroom, and functioning air conditioning were not maintained.For the price charged, this property is nowhere close to being worth it. It felt extremely uncomfortable to stay even for a night. Definitely not recommended if you’re expecting a clean, well-kept, and decent room in Goa.

location was near to Baga beach which is great , Rooms are normal and cleaning done in daily basis, washroom was good, couple friendly ,food we didn't try, stuff were friendly . Hope this helps.

I had one of the worst experiences here. The place was extremely dirty, especially the bathroom, which was unhygienic and not maintained at all. When I requested cleaning, the caretaker rudely insisted it was already clean and refused to help. His behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, which completely spoiled my Goa trip. I had booked for 2 days but was so disappointed that I vacated early the next morning. Definitely not worth the money or the stress — I would never recommend this property to anyone.
