The Cleanliness of the property was appreciated by many guests. The Host was found to be helpful, accommodating and always available. While the Location was a bit far from the main areas of the city, it was peaceful and safe. The Amenities provided were as per the listing and included a well-equipped kitchen, TV with subscriptions, and daily cleaning. Some guests faced issues with tap water and mosquitoes, but overall, it was a good cost-effective place to stay with a homely feeling.

The property is well-maintained and clean. The maid comes daily to clean the house and even utensils. The bedding is clean and additional blankets are also available. The house has been done nicely and has a true homely feeling. The caretaker is nice and takes care of everything. The place is perfect for a private stay and all the amenities are clean and well-maintained.
Host
The host is very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. He is always available on call or message and guides the way inside the society. He is polite and takes care of everything. Due to water outrage in the neighborhood, the host got an alternate accommodation in a nearby hotel, which was quite thoughtful of him. The owner and staff are very helpful and friendly.
Location
The property is on the outskirts of the city, and it is advisable to have your own vehicle. Groceries and essentials are available within the society. The property is a good place to stay if you are visiting for a few days in Delhi. It is a peaceful place to stay near Rajiv Gandhi Hospital if you have your own vehicle. The only downside is the location, which is quite far away from the main areas of the city.
Amenities
The property has all the amenities one needs, like TV with all subscriptions, kitchen with utensils and fridge, oven, and other things mentioned. It is air-conditioned as well. The property is well-managed by the host, and regular cleaning is done with access to all amenities. Everything is available, be it Swiggy or Zomato, and you can also cook your food.
