nice and calm location with sea at the of the room, excellent staff and friendly nature. good knowledge on local visiting places.

Very nice room with a great sea view. I had booked the 1st floor but got the ground floor, then realised what I missed. First floor will be really good considering the sea view. Nice and new room, wash room is good and clean. Hope they keep it like that in future. Definitely recommended.

My stay was amazing the rooms were very clean and neat it's a beautiful property in front of the sea walk with breathtaking views. My kids enjoyed a lot. The swimming pool was clean and filled with freshwater. I am looking to stay here once again at the perfect season to play in the beach.

I had a wonderful stay at Saroja Villa! The location was perfect and easily accessible. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had all the facilities I needed. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout my stay. Would definitely recommend.

The location was amazing right by the beach. The room was spacious, super clean, and honestly one of the best I’ve stayed in. Everything was well maintained and comfortable.

We had a wonderful experience, it's located at a quite serene place ,bang opposite the sea. We had a bit of trouble finding the place on Google, but when we reached there it was all worth it. the place is awesome, newly done nice rooms, with all amenities. The staff there were friendly and very supportive. They didn't have food facilities, nevertheless Swiggy delivers there. Overall a wonderful experience, will visit again soon.

Property is near to the beach which is a great location. In night u can chill on terrace and enjoying calm breeze of the ocean and sound. Rooms are clean but we faced issue of lots of ants on the bed

only one star for the location. we booked sea view suite room with balcony as in the photos, but when checkin they showed ground floor pathetic view and cramped rooms one of them too small. upon complaining they changed to a room on top floor but the other not given saying all others are occupied , which is false. We even asked to upgrade the room and we will pay the difference amount but they chose to keep those nice rooms unoccupied ! The property owner doesn't stay there or nearby. Main door is closed and locked by 09 pm without informing mandir when asked arrogance is the answer. this stay literally spoiled our vacation mood . I feel they never want to be in this business. On top of the issues above, towels not provided, shower gel was not refilled., and when wife asked for it again unhappy responses as if we have asked something precious! overall a very bad experience with this and won't suggest to book anyone.

Very Good. Rooms and buildings are maintained very well with a portal swimming for kids only and walkable distance to the beach.
