We stayed for 2 days but if possible 3 people in 1 room accommodation needed in the next visit ie. 12.07.25. Rooms & Staff coordination is good.

For water they are charging.....and old building

Staffs are Good, Food quality Taste, presentation, and portion sizes.......

Location is good, not good food, very poor service, we need to keep d ailing many times for reception or housing, after few minutes they will pick up. Door will be closed in night and we need to go and knock the door, if we go late after function. Big problem is no proper lift service for basement, aged people or disabled needs to climb the first floor in steps. Room cleaness is poor, tap water will be leaking, like stupids they keep one rupee shampoo for shover. Washroom tub will not be cleaned.

Not up to the mark. Kitchen smell is coming inside the toilet. Expensive given the facilities they provide

The hotel is located in the city centre. The hotel rooms are neat and tidy. The staff is cordial and helpful.

No toothpaste available at hotel food is costly

The hotel is a budget hotel, has good location within the town, room was spacious, the staff was friendly, it’s having a restaurant also though we didn’t take the food there.

Wash room is not well maintained. They didn't even provide bottled mineral water. Over all not worth for the price we pay. Please send me the bill for the amount paid

My recent stay at this hotel was spoiled by disappointing encounters with the night receptionist (male) and food caterer mr. Nitin. The receptionist's rudeness and lack of help, along with the caterer's unfriendly attitude, made my experience less enjoyable. The caterer's comments like "if you don't know, don't order food, first check and then call" and "don't waste our time" were particularly off-putting. The hotel needs to improve its customer service to keep up its reputation for being welcoming.

The hotel staff is extremely rude and keeps disturbing you all the time for very trivial things and small change payments. The rooms are not at all upto the price offered

All over good experience, supportive staff and sea food is good and affordable. Prices for rooms are affordable. You will get room little cheaper if you book room directly to pancharathna.

The property is not maintained. There is no bed light in the entire room. But overall this is the only hotel in mudbidri where you can stay for a day or 2.

Condition in this hotel is they will not provide us plate to have dinner, traveller must eat from there resturant only.

Hotel was very much comfortable for us, before we had stayed in this same hotel more than three times by direct booking on arrival time (means not booked via make mytrip) during those times we got good and new rooms but this time i got old room in the same building having window ac, which was not comfortable for us to sleep because of its roaring sound.

Very nice accommodation and food nice to stay for outside in a affordable location. In my next trip i would like to stay in the same hotel.

Hygienic and very good customer service provided. Staffs are very co-operative and very efficient. Food was nice and rooms were clean.
