Poor Stay
Had high expectations but was disappointed. Had to change rooms due to AC issues, but unfortunately the AC in the second room also didn’t work. Despite paying for an AC room, I had to manage without it. Room service was below expectations, making the stay quite disappointing.

new place, clean facility and very close to the mangaladevi temple. 1km from city centre. nice stay. cons: smoking is allowed so sometimes there is a bad smell in the rooms and through bathroom ventilation. it will be better if they make it Fully no-smoking in the hotel
