So we had visited this property saying the good reviews but the experience was terrible. First thing. It was just me and my friend overstay in the resort. The room which was allocated to us was terrible. It's beyond terrible to sink. there was no cupboards. There was no mirror. There were no glasses in it, and still we had to pay the amount which was equivalent to the deluxe room which was available. This is not the way place as supposed to be. The restaurant didn't open even in the morning by 730. The reception is person we had to call him multiple times for doing the checkout later on. He accepted the call and he said he will send the invoice over WhatsApp and we can leave so the hospitality service room cleaning hygiene, everything terrible won't recommend this place at all.

We had a terrible stay and we had to cancel it the next day because the photos and the place did not match. Owner also agreed upon that and we had to vacate them for single night

Very bad state of rooms and the cleanliness is in a very bad state. The rooms are very small. All of the rooms are small. The main door is a glass door and has a curtain which doesn't cover the entire door and only partially covers the door

familyHad great stay experience, caretaker are so friendly and the room food service boys are so nice in services, food at this place bit high but the taste is very good and fresh. Coming to room is stayed arabian view suit room, the room is very big, cleanness is not upto the mark not that great and u can find lizards at this place. If u want to experience sea view with good service and food please check out this place with private beach. In web site it v ll be given check in time will be your check out time. Please don't go by that. But check out will be standard 10am or 11am. The property is 20km aways from mangalore, but that is not that far when u come by your own transport recommend place must viste.
