Decent property, but lacks few aspects like drinking water - you get only one water bottle per day, even if you are 3 pax in the room. Room cleaning only on demand. Toiletries refill only on demand. Can do better with proactive service.

Excellent location wrt NITK . Very friendly owners; good food and service; clean apartments; very helpful staff especially the eversmiling two girls at reception ; clean beach at walking distance; overall if you are a parent of a student at NITK or Srinivasa college Surathkal, this is an ideal place to stay

Hi This is a decent property and homely atmosphere. Owners of the property treat us like family.Highly hospitable. Food tastes well We enjoyed poori at breakfast. As We are vegiterians, We enjoyed vegiterian food.

Property is very near to NITK, Surathkal. There is a restaurant that is attached to this property. The food is good. The room is clean, and the amenities provided are very good. The staff are courteous.

It was good. Location is good but unfortunately couldn’t stay the second night as we were leaving early morning by train to Bangalore. Food and service was excellent.

It was dirty, the room smelled like cigarette smoke and there was a cockroach in the bathroom.

Stayed with family for a vacation. All amenities are good and friendly hotel staffs. Restaurant staffs are friendly and providing guidance about nearby places. Reasonable and affordable price nitk beach is walkable from hotel. Quality time spending is possible in the beach. Hotel is located near to nh66 udupi highway and having good transportation access.
