Room was not as per the images shown at the time of booking and all amenities are damaged.

No food service even no plates and spoons if customer asks.

Never take family and kids, it’s not for them, don’t expect anything other than space for sleeping in busy T nagar.
Liked only the location and price, it’s not suitable for family, rooms are not maintained, no trained staff, no mannerisms, no hot water.

Bad smell, worst, no cleaning.

Room was pathetic, snaps are misleading, room was bad toilet basin has no proper hose, the hose pipe was left open below basin when you use it all the water runs on your feet. Basin tap was not having water flow at all. Used the mug to wash my face and shave. Toilet was stinking in the nights it has got to do with the drainage issue. Pathetic experience. My recommendation never ever book this place. Poor service. Do not attend properly. Not fit to be a lodge.

Very worst experience for us, over the night we struggle lot with bedbugs, they denied to allocate room on request they allot ed room rest room was very worst no more room booking from your side service was not good, overall very poor

I took a single AC room. The room is very old with cracked walls here and there. The premises looked dirty as well. Still I was okay with it. The nightmare came when I went to bed. I couldn't sleep because of bed bug bites. Finally in an hour I got up and slept sitting in the chair. There was no blanket on the bed. The AC was set to 18 degree. But it was fake. The actual temperature was at least 25 degrees. The room was not cooling beyond that. The AC was not adjustable as well.

No value for money, no hot water for Bath and also no towel. AC also was not working, please think twice for doing booking by makemytrip. Because the room pics shown was not the true pics.

Better rooms there in that vicinity at this cost also. Room service good. I observed side rooms with single bed with areas uncleaned. Very good if maintained well. Very near to go for good hotels and marketing

The Saravana hotel located in comfortable place and one of the cheap and best hotel in big Bazar Street. Hotel maintenance needs to be improved, AC not working properly, poor water service and overall worth for money..

The location on the hotel is very good. It's situated at Pondy Bazaar, T Nagar. Near to famous Kumaran Silk, Nalli Silk. Close to this hotel very good park. Down the stairs very good market. But the problem is with staff, sitting on reception is not awarded about how make my trip can book this hotel. In these rates only non AC I will give. His communication was very poor. Not respectively he was treated. I felt very sad. Even he was not that much courtesies that he can leave his chair. He was sitting on his chair. The room is very small. Toilet too was in very bad conditions. Room was stinking. The worst part is that close to this hotel some more hotels and restaurants are their that why a lots of extra noise of their boilers was their. You always feel a lots of extra loud noise, I was unable to sleep. The blanket was sorry to say was too very poor. It looks that this hotel do not want to be with m t. Very bad experience with this. The receptionist was interested only watching TV, and convincing to take a taxi from him.

If you are going to shopping in Chennai and specially around T Nagar then it's a average hotel to stay because the location of hotel is good you can go around by walk and profit your shopping. But the rooms are smelly. It's not a super hotel and don't think about luxury but just to stay it's OK. So for shopping and business related stay you can do it OK. Just nearly the hotel there is a restaurant name Saravana Bhavan it's best for pure vegetarian. But it's also bit expensive compare then another Saravana Bhavan.
