Did not give the room we booked Didnt clean the room used shampoo packets were left Broken faucet

Pathetic service
Hotel location is good but service is pathetic, after check in first room allotted which was out of order due to maintenance work. 2nd room allotted and this was horrible. Electricity switches were out from the pannel, WC flush button was leaking like water tab is opened. AC was noticing. seepage on wall.

Pathetic service
Pathetic service, first room key handed over me which was out of order, second room key handed over me and room flush was leaking water like it's worst. Telephone handset wier jack was broken due to the same I was not able to use phone. Electric board was out from the panel. AC noise cherry on the top after all this issues.

Hotel's location is near to the station. It was a wonderful stay with responsive staffs. Food was also good.

In nutshell stay in this hotel is,unsatisfactory.
Response to calls only after reminders. Mug provided in washroom is broken. Even though room is booked for two only one bath towel is provided, initially. Food , idli sambar supplied, is beyond words.

Good service. Near railway station vary good staff and good location housekeeping was good reception staff are good behaviour.

Bhuwneshwar hotel review from my side
Hotel is on road & easy to reach but facilities are average according to they charge. Food is average, service is not up to the mark. Not a 3 star it is a average hotel ok

businessFood was good prices was normal room was decenet, and property is near to railway station u can reach by walking in 8-10 minutes.

Good Stay
It was a good experience staying in hotel sapphire plaza, bhubaneswar. It is very close to railway station and airport. Rooms are large and clean. Bathrooms are also clean. Good breakfast and food options. Polite and prompt service from staff. I will definitely recommend it.
