We stayed in the property for 2 nights. I had a very good experience over there.. The only thing which can be improved is the management. The rooms were clean and big, and the location was great. But as a guest we expect basic toiletries and some other stuff which was not provided at first. If the administration improved these small small things then this property has a great potential to become one of the most desired places to stay at Ravangla.

property was managed by honour ( husband and wife). their hospitality is awesome. I reached their in late evening,as I haven't opted food at the time of booking. but after knowing About I haven't taken food and need it. They managed and serve me fresh at 10.30 night. There regular cook and other support staff have leave for tomorrow. The did it by themselves and the gesture shown was excellent 👍

value for money. Accommodation was good. one thing, called many times at reception but answer vely less. needs more professional. most of the time reception person was not at reception. the other Staff were good.

The stay was overall good, the Staff was warm and cordial, Room was comfortable. Food was homelike and fresh. However one thing that needs to be mentioned is that the Location that Make My Trip and Google provided made us roam around for an hour or so in an unknown terrain, us visiting Sikkim for the first time. And also the contact number that has been provided is wrong and not updated. Upon reaching hotel we requested to update the address and the phone number so that no other visitors, with senior citizens has to suffer unnecessarily.

Rooms are good but bathroom commod is broken,one room main light was off.we said but nobody hear.They said at the time of loadshedding ,that emergency generator only be working till ten pm.We are very fear but current was came at 10 pm.Hot water not working at the basins.Towels are bad smell.Please avoid this hotel.

I have experienced extreme trouble in locating the property. the Google maps location isn't accurate and it led us to a dead-end. There were very few staff. no elevator in the property. the food was abysmal. I had to carry around my own luggage to the room and rooms were not up to that mark even though I booked a premium grade room.

It was a great experience staying at Sakura!! We had booked 4 super deluxe room and the view from the toom was amazing. We went in the month of April so couldn’t get the view of the Kanchenzonga, but on a clear day you can enjoy the views from the rooms. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The food was freshly cooked and delicious. The best part of the hotel was the behaviour of the staff. It is mainly managed by local girls and their service and behaviour is worth appreciating.

The property is on the lower side from road...Far away from Buddha park...No inverter..A mysterious sound coming from bathroom..The manager doesn't even know where it's coming from..Views are awesome from the lawn...Food quality was awesome with reasonable prices ...Staff behaviour is very good..
