Overall it was good but quality of service could be improved. Like our room key broke while locking the door. Cups and plates were not of very good quality. Pool was not very clean.

Property location is beautiful.

Lush green garden, amazing food very quite place for relaxing.

Stay was very pathetic. I had to change room three times due to one reason or the other. The property owner is least interested in guest convenience. Washroom overflow .water logging in room. Room not cleaned. Previous guest used towel was found hanging in wardrobe.gyser not working in cottage 110. Resort manager tried a lot but his all effort was in vain. night power cut for 1 hour. Bed was also not comfortable.may be my bad luck. Location of resort wonderful.All the best .may be you get better experience.

Good hotel, but pathetic food.

Charges too high, room uncleaned, service manpower too low, no entertainment, poor internet.

Accommodation substandard, the booked is highly priced, the so-called Resort does not have sufficient staff. Bathroom fittings are below standard. MakeMyTrip should not have such resorts in their list.

The place is nice for a one day trip. Everything was okay but had terrible time when the food was served. Had a piece of raw flesh jumping out of the naan we ordered and the staff was like okay with it. Next morning breakfast was served tea instead of coffee as something had fallen into tea as per them. While the other guests were being served tea. The staff was courteous but lacks professionalism which leaves a bad taste.

Me and my family had a short stay here. The hotel location is superb and the property is surrounded by well maintained lawns. A chance sighting of a huge spider in our room forced us to get our room changed, as after spraying insecticide 2 more came out. The room we shifted to did not have the intercom working, so for every little thing we had to either call on a mobile no. Provided by the hotel staff or walk down to the reception. Another issue was the WiFi connectivity, for 3 days we were told there someone waking to get the issue resolved, but now i think that was just a way of keeping us hopeful and calm. The hotel really needs to work hard in improving their services. The staff, though courteous, took a lot of time for completing requests. Had the services been up to mark, in sure our vacation would have been just perfect.

Location was approximate 6 km before Nahan, so not on height. Weather was hot except evenings to early morning, resort equipped with air-conditioner, food was too expensive, beautiful gardens with music and light effects. Resort can be better if MakeMyTrip gives extra care. Advise was that food to be part of package if not too high rate, go for cottages, good food available within approximate 3 kms, a good restaurant, not many hotel options in Nahan, so some trade offs.

Food was bad and overpriced! There was a cheap rave party going on that we were not informed about which made us uncomfortable! Rooms were fine and there was a recreation room that was good. Overall experience was not very pleasant because of the quality of food.

Nice place to visit. Quite a lot of space provided and enjoyed a good bonfire with friends. Enjoyed the stay though power backup and WiFi needs a lot of improvement. Staff was overall okay and food quality and quantity was fine !! You can give it a shot at least once for this place.

Everything was okay. Staff don, t listen. They always said okay. But okay for what they don, t know. No power back up. Rest all was better than Delhi crowd. My bro went before he suggested the place but before check in I was confirm the things were not present over there

It's good for one visit. Best for winter holiday . Ideal please for group holiday. Rooms are big clear . Good green area. Romantic place. They can add Extra Adventures activity also . Which is good for infection more.
