The place is very scenic, but the service inside is substandard, there was no drinking water kept inside the room, the taps were leaky, breakfast spread even 830 am was non existent or minimal with no counter for eggs, dosa or paratha...just few old cakes n Sandwich

Resort is on perfect location..We really disappointed by the breakfast and dinner buffet.. They just included basic food items in it. Not enjoyed it..They are facing major staff issue..Too less staff to handle so many people..It's basically chaos in the restaurant.. The properties were great, and I really liked their location and the peaceful environment. This place is absolutely stunning! Everything here feels so peaceful and refreshing. The spa experience was heavenly! So relaxing and refreshing.Food was also good. The lake is breathtakingly beautiful—the calm water, the reflections, and the serenity make it perfect.

Terrible experience! The cleanliness was absolutely zero—dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and an overall unhygienic environment. The breakfast was pathetic, with stale food and limited options. Definitely not worth the stay. Avoid if you value hygiene and quality service!

I booked with two meals (Lunch+Dinner) and paid the price but hotel did not provided buffet dinner and when i tried to order they were taking so much time.Do not book this hotel at all as they do not provide dinner meals and there is no restaurant nearby this property also .Pathetic service bad staff behaviour and they do not refunded against dinner not provided
