Room saaf nahi tha extra pay krne k baad bhi, Badbu aa rhi thi room se , Staff ka behave thik hai but koi baat jaldi sunte nhi hai.

This is a nonsense hotel, the room is bad and the bed is so bad that the room freshener also fails at night. Hotel booking is cheap but it is better if you go to sleep at the railway station but do not go in it. After reaching Haridwar at about 4 AM, on the kalipuja day. The train reached late by 11 hrs. I carried the luggage, searched out the hotel SAIKRIPA with a rickshaw. But alas, only one person was sleeping and snoring inside, It seemed that he was intoxicated. The office door was open dark inside and no receptionist was found and I felt no body is there to receive me. While running late by the kumbha express. I had called the given phone no to inform the hotel regarding the late running One person took the phone call heard about the delay. And assured about the hotel's stay. I took a rickshaw to reach there And when I failed to get registered or even a response from any body in that hotel. I had to talk to Neighbouring hotel and shops to help me but nothing helped me. I WAS NEW TO Haridwar AND UTTARAKHANDA. I was upset at that part of late night and took the unknown rickshaw puller to search another hotel. Got another and stayed there happily before I left Haridwar. After one or two days one call came to my phone asking me to reach there, I clearly expressed my negative attitude and told that caller that I selected saikripa because my stay in Gangtok last yr or so.

Travelled with family. Overall average stay experience. Situated in good location, Near to Haridwar railway junctions. Bathrooms are not clean. Value for money. No foods available insidebbut can ordered from outside. Rooms are small but well organised. Service is not up to the mark. No WiFi facility offered.

Horrible/horrendous experience, hotel owner mayank disturbed us at 00. 45 hrs at midnight to correct his own mistake in making GST Bill. Being protested hotel owner turned hostile like hooligon & ruffian and hurled extreme obscene, uncivilised, nasty words. I have not encountered such evil natured person before. Stern action in this regard is solicited. Very poor is insufficient to rate that hotel. Stay away from that hotelse at Haridwar & let us raise our voice against that unruliness & barbaric attitude of hotel owner.
