Review Of SaffronStays Laburnum House, Vikramgad

This villa owner so many rules everywhere cctv camera she looks everything i suggest to everyone don’t book this villa. I stay with saffron stay so many times but this time the experience has been the worst. The owner of the villa has installed cameras in the whole villa and permission has to be taken for everything and the behavior of the relationship manager of your area has not been good. Food quantity is to less as you charge. The price of the meal is to much but than the quantity is very less. I am a big fan of the saffron stay but from now on i will not book a villa with you. Our booking i for 2 days but we check out in one day

Two rooms ac was not worked game zone ( snooker) not worked toilet flush not worked water bake from flush caretaker behaviour was too rude and agression food was not good and with less quantity we earlier check out due to all reason too bad experience with this property. Worst ever experience

One of the diabolical experiences of my life is with friends. Everything was just atrocious including service, property & activities. If i would rate below terrible i would have given exactly the same. Do not get fooled by the given description & images, i would say nothing is the same as it shows. Even owners are not that cooperative. They will charge 1300/person for food but provide you with limited items. We have paid almost 1 lack and in exchange we get a worthless experience. Third class service from safronstays as well, they tricked us with already broken furniture and took our deposit as well. One of the worst things is that the caretaker does not take care at all, very rude and misbehaving person. They have restrictions in every single thing. I would suggest avoiding going to this particular place and not wasting money.

So we went to laburnum home, with a group of friends, the villa was nice, super maintained, the rooms and bathrooms were also amazing, unlike other farms, this stay doesn’t have issues of mosquitoes or other insects, even after being in the midst of all the greenery! the pool was also amazing. The only issue we felt was, food was over priced, 1660 plus taxes that amounts to 1880 for home made food was expensive(the menu was also limited. Secondly, cameras at the entrance is okay, but keeping a camera in the living room is something which we all found awkward and will be the reason for not returning again at this property. This isn’t big boss house, this is purely hindrance of privacy. The helpers were good, kept the home clean, and were helpful so full marks to them.
